This is a custom order for TJ. It is comprised of a male and a female quail within a 12" diameter. This is intended to be welded into a deck rail so there will be no paint or other finished required. I discussed with this customer the drawbacks of paint prior to weld. Customer intends to paint black after final welment into railing. No additional holes for attachment are required for this item.
